Book Your Spiritual Stay
We're pretty good at keeping that calendar up to date. For individuals seeking short-term stays, or those wanting to schedule individual and team retreats for cancer support- please fill out the form below.
You'll need a Physician Referral Form and have it completed by your physician. Once you have it, you can have your physician’s office scan and email it to us.
You’ll also need to print out the Information & Release Form, initial and sign it along with your caregiver, and send it with your Physician Referral Form.
